Hello guys! Today, I'm here to introduce you to my book, which I hope will make your mouths water. It's titled "Photos, Focaccias, and... Beyond."

Tell me, is there anything better than freshly baked focaccias? I really don't think so! This book is a true celebration of the focaccia tradition, featuring recipes that range from classic Mediterranean flavors to more creative and daring variations. From simple and tasty focaccias to versions filled with exquisite cheeses and gourmet ingredients, there's truly something for every palate!

But, guys, I'm already daydreaming about the recipes I'll try tomorrow. I'm thinking of a mix of flavors to amaze my guests. Meanwhile, though, I have another exciting topic in mind: cooking on a boat!


Imagine yourselves on your boat, the sun reflecting on the sea, and you busy preparing delicious dishes that will captivate all your travel companions. I'm thinking of sharing with you some practical tips on how to organize the kitchen on a boat, suggestions for keeping ingredients fresh, and ideas for quick but incredibly tasty meals.


But wait a moment, before we dive into this sea of savory delights, why not start with something slightly more... alcoholic? Yes, you guessed it: COCKTAILS!

I'm already thinking about which cocktails will be perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the boat. Mojito, Aperol Spritz, or perhaps a classic Martini? Let me know your favorites, and maybe I'll share with you some of my creations inspired by the sea and ocean breezes.
